Non-Employement Volunteer agreement.
By donating or ordering on this site you ( the user or Volunteer ) understand that the materials and information that I receive and distribute from Banners4Freedom.com and its sub contractors are not liable for any action of the volunteer . It is understood that by signing up to become a volunteer is a statement from an individual that they are in agreement with the material and of banners4freedom.com .
I understand that in some cases, Banners4Freedom may reimburse expenses, at its discretion to the “Volunteer” but these payments are considered “Reimbursements” and not an employee compensation.
By “Volunteering” with Banners4Freedom.com it is understood that many people have many different opinions and choices they can make with the materials and information shared with the “Volunteer” .
Information from Banners4freedom.com is a collection of third party contributors and resources that are found from other sources. Banners4Freedom can not certify all information that is shared from a third party is deemed as 100% credible.
Published reports and many other items found on the site are researched and vetted prior to posting but cannot be guaranteed for accuracy by Banners4Freedom.

Banners4Freedom is not responsible for claims information it receives from third-party entities or reposts. If there are any typos or information or data that was corrupted from third-party sources or delayed from circumstances outside of the control of banners4freedom.com .
Banners4Freedom was created to help others come together and let “We the people” , the people of the United States of America agree that information about the VAERS Report and other issues should be communicated to the public and by the public . Banners4Freedom donations and funding received is put right into the budgets of raising banners, signs and other printed items and making it easy to have freedom of the press tools to help give a voice back to the people of the USA. Mainstream media outlets are downplaying or not giving well rounded journalistic views with the full stories or accurate depictions on their reporting. This is why Banners4Freedom was to helping get more people to understand the truth is out there.
Banners4Freedom is an idea for individuals to be able to raise their banners and Banners4Freedom.com provides an information source and place to receive materials as a FREE Gift and participate in their local communities.
Because Banners4Freedom is powered by the American People , it is people coming together to raise banners by donating to cover expenses and Banners4Freedom is transparent in its record keeping, there are no profits being made to the owner or founder of Banners4Freedom
Suggestions may be given to aid the Volunteer or other proprietary software or third party tools to help give advice on where to distribute materials, however, it is understood the Volunteer is using their own due dilligence and discretion on placement or distribution areas of materials. Volunteers understand they may or may not be reimbursed for fuel or other expenses but also understand that Volunteering is an act of donating one’s time and personal resources and is not considered an employment or labor activity for Banners4Freedom, LLC officially.
Volunteer indemnifies banners4freedom.com from any third-third party claim or dispute , criminal or civil allegations or any other action performed by the Volunteer to Banners4Freedom by direct incident from the “Volunteer” . If the Volunteer cannot commit to using the materials that are sent to them, the Volunteer agrees, out of fairness , to return or give the materials to another “Volunteer” .
Banners4Freedom is grassroots and each volunteer is a voice and individual helping in the ways they choose to commit and distribute the materials.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We are only providing a service with the donations that are collected on this site. Unfortunately, due to the high demand of getting items printed, billboards and other digital messages put out, we can’t always guarantee we can reverse a donation. In some cases, we are unable to even get refunds from the advertising companies we are paying to display the ads and its hard to stop once we put it out . We will , however, replace boxes of materials if you were expecting them from a donation gift. Just reach out to us if there are any issues.
As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Banners 4 Freedom, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Banners 4 Freedom as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Banners 4 Freedom by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the Banners 4 Freedom Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
Commissions will be paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
In addition to the foregoing, Banners 4 Freedom reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the Banners 4 Freedom site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in the Termination section.
Banners 4 Freedom occasionally offers coupon to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
Banners 4 Freedom will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by Banners 4 Freedom. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Banners 4 Freedom and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Banners 4 Freedom to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Banners 4 Freedom affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Banners 4 Freedom application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice via email or other communication but it is up to you the end reader and user of this site to check back here frequently for updates. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
